Live RFID implant proceedure at Seattle DorkBot

I remember this being a big deal for the press because of a guy I met up in Canada named Philip Beynon. He wanted an implant and wasn’t having any luck convincing anyone up in Canada to do the procedure, so he agreed to come down and be implanted live in front of the DorkBot audience as part of my Embedded RFID presentation. We gave the crowd a show, and he left a happy man.
