Yesterday was St. Patrick’s Day, and it was nutty around here… we walked around Savannah with half a million drunks in town. Heck, people had already setup chairs and started drinking with their shirts off the day before! St. Patrick’s Day itself started out well enough, with a fun little parade making its way through […]

With all the crazy stressful things happening lately… planning the wedding, dealing with immigration, moving back to Seattle, navigating a plethora of txtGroups issues, handling old Morpheus tax issues and debt, filing personal taxes… having it all come down at once put me into a teeth grinding spree. Even as I type this I notice […]

Today was the greening of the fountain, a big deal in Savannah, GA. In the days leading up to the greening, there were big crews scrubbing and cleaning the fountain, making it all spotless for the big show. Jenny and I finally got our lazy bones over to Bonaventure Cemetery… a place Jenny has been wanting to see for quite some time. She insisted I bring my “good” camera, and I’m glad I did. We walked around the huge grounds through crazy wind and blowing dust, contemplating life and death. It always […]

Now that J and I are gettin hitched, we figured it was time to get a blood test. Since both our doctors are thousands of miles away in Seattle and Vancouver, and the fact that Jenny’s doctor is such a flaming cunt she flat out refused to tell Jenny her blood type or even authorize […]

Well, we ended up going down to Brunswick. It was a typical highway drive down I-95, but it was good to get out of the house for a bit. Brunswick is interesting, and it resembles Savannah quite a lot. There’s even a bridge there that leads from Brunswick over to Jekyll Island (The Jewel of […]
